Covid-19 – Keeping safe
Following the easing of restrictions, if you need an appointment for an installation, service or repair you can now book one as normal.
However, while Covid-19 still presents a risk to our staff and customers, our engineers will still be taking precautions to help keep everyone safe. They will maintain a distance of two metres, wear relevant PPE, and follow appropriate guidance at all times.
If you have an appointment with us and need to amend it due to Covid-19, please call us on 01392 368830. Please advise us at the earliest opportunity if a member of your staff/ household is self-isolating due to testing positive or showing symptoms of Covid-19.
If you have any concerns regarding an engineer visiting your home or workplace, please call us before our visit on 01392 368830.
